Have land? Let’s build a glamping resort together.

The idea is simple:

You have land. We have tents, know-how, and a workshop that has already built glamping resorts across Europe.

Separately, neither of us has a resort. Together, we might.

How the partnership works?

We’re not selling you tents. We’re proposing a joint investment.

You bring the land. We bring the glamping structures — handcrafted tents, hardwood furniture, and the experience of turning empty parcels into destinations people pay to sleep in.

Because you contribute the land, you don’t pay the full price for our tents. Depending on the value of your parcel, your share of the tent cost drops significantly, in some cases to zero. In return, we hold a stake in the resort.

When the resort opens and starts earning, we share the profit. And we decide together what to reinvest: more tents, a sauna, better facilities.

We can start small. A few tents, a working season, real numbers. If it works, we grow. No need to bet everything on day one.

Why we believe in this

Glamping is not a trend we’re guessing at. It’s our business, and we’ve watched it grow year after year. Guests want nature without giving up comfort. They want wood and canvas, not concrete. Eco and back-to-nature tourism keeps rising, and glamping sits exactly in that space.

Every tent we make is built to order in our workshop in Slovenia. Wooden poles, quality canvas, furniture made from hardwood. No mass production. Each project is designed for its location. That’s what we’d be putting on your land.

What kind of land are we looking for?

Honestly: not every parcel works. Here’s what an ideal one looks like:

  • Size: at least around 1,500 m²
  • Location: close to us for logistics; ideally Slovenia or Croatia
  • Paperwork: ownership documents and permits in order
  • Zoning: legally possible to place glamping tents and infrastructure on it
  • Surroundings: near a tourist draw — a river, the sea, sights, or a town
  • Utilities: realistic access to electricity, water, sewerage, and an access road

If your parcel ticks most of these boxes, we should talk. If it ticks some of them, we should probably still talk, some things can be solved, others can’t, and we’ll tell you which is which.

Think you have the right parcel?

Send us the basics: location, size, zoning status, and a few photos if you have them. We’ll give you an honest assessment of whether it could work and if it can’t, we’ll say so.
