Built for guest rentals

The BIGHEAD Premium Bell Tent solves these limitations.

Maximising usable floor space

A common frustration with traditional canvas tents is the lack of headroom near the edges. This limits how the interior can be furnished.

We designed this tent with vertical side walls measuring 1.8 metres in height.

This architectural change significantly increases the usable volume within the 5 × 5 metre footprint. Standard hotel furniture, such as king-sized beds or wardrobes, can be placed directly against the perimeter without the canvas touching them.

The central peak reaches 4 metres, creating an open and comfortable environment where six to eight guests can stand and move freely.

Climate adaptability

Weather defines the glamping season. If a tent cannot handle temperature extremes, your booking window becomes shorter.

The BIGHEAD Premium Bell is designed to adapt to changing conditions.

The side walls and roof are fully removable using a secure zip system. During summer heatwaves, you can completely open the walls and transform the tent into an open-air, shaded pavilion that captures the natural breeze.

In cooler months, the heavy-duty canvas closes tightly to retain warmth, and we offer a pre-fitted stove opening for the safe installation of a wood burner.

A transparent PVC skylight dome is positioned at the apex. This reduces the need for artificial lighting during the day and provides clear stargazing at night, adding a distinctive feature to the experience.experience.

Built for commercial use

Including all equipment, this tent is heavy and has a substantial structure.

With a combined weight of 119 kg (47 kg for the canvas and 72 kg for the timber), this is not designed for casual weekend camping. It is a substantial, robust structure built to be installed and left in place for extended periods.

Every component is selected for long-term durability in the camp.

  • The Framework:
We use 60 mm thick spruce wood for the frame. Unlike metal poles, which can bend under strong wind loads, the wooden structure absorbs and distributes force more effectively. The frame is assembled with interlocking metal joints and corner elements. This screw-free system allows a small team to set it up quickly, without dealing with loose fittings or missing connecting parts.
  • The Canvas:
We use a heavy 350 gsm, 100% cotton canvas. It is factory-treated to be fully waterproof, mildew-resistant, and fire-retardant, ensuring compliance with commercial health and safety standards.
  • The Foundation:
A 500 gsm PVC groundsheet creates a thick, durable barrier against ground moisture, mud, and walking.
