The BIGHEAD Premium Bell closes that gap: we raised the side walls to 1.8 metres, kept the footprint at a clean 5 × 5 metres, and simplified the frame into an interlocking, no-bolt system.

We build custom-made canopies using high-tech Flexout membranes structures that give reliable shelter while keeping an open, organic aesthetic that reads as architecture, not plastic.
Flexout is engineered, not improvised. The taut fabric creates a natural slope, allowing rainwater to run off instead of collecting in puddles. Cold Flex Technology keeps the material flexible even in freezing temperatures, no brittle cracking, no loss of tension. The canvas is naturally fire-retardant, abrasion-resistant, and anti-mould treated, which matters when operating heaters, rigs and catering nearby.
