Tiny house George

Meet GEORGE

The largest two-story glamping house built in Europe

Exceptional luxury with panoramic second-floor views.

An experience you must try.

A new standard in rental living, complete with a built-in sauna and hot tubs.

A clean, functional living space.

A space to cook, relax, and escape the noise of everyday life.

A permanent investment for your campsite.

A wonderful view of the surrounding beauty.

Panoramic views. Built-in sauna. Elevated veranda.

The upper floor is dedicated entirely to rest. Step onto the veranda, open the panoramic window, and wake up to unobstructed forest or valley views.

Exclusive mobile homes. Prime lakeside location. High-value tourism market.

A village, purpose-designed for the German tourism market.

Each tiny house is carefully positioned along the lakeside creating a rare, high-demand guest experience. This allows premium nightly rates and drives repeat bookings.

The architecture of the George

Compact layouts often force compromises on personal space.

In most tiny houses, cooking, sleeping, and relaxing all happen within a single, confined area. The result is a space that feels limited.

When we designed the BIGHEAD George, we treated this as a fundamental flaw in conventional glamping design.

We developed George as a two-storey unit to solve this problem.

One of the largest two-storey glamping units produced in Europe, it is designed around a clear principle: architectural zoning.

Active areas and quiet spaces are physically separated. Daily routines remain distinct from rest and recovery.

A clean, functional living space. Always.

This physical separation creates a calm, organised environment. Personal items stay where they belong in the sleeping area. Bags can remain unpacked. Belongings can stay in place. Because this space is separate, the living area remains clean and ready for hosting, cooking, or relaxing.

The engineering of the upper floor

It features a panoramic window and direct access to an elevated veranda. A built-in sauna, a cooling area with lounge chairs, and a tea table complete the space.

You can step outside and take in the surroundings from a higher vantage point. This level is designed for one purpose: rest.

The vertical separation of functions: living below, relaxation above, creates distinct zones and ensures privacy.

Defining superior quality

The glamping industry often overuses the word “luxury” for ordinary accommodation.

For BIGHEAD George, premium is defined by guest privacy, high-performance systems, and a fully integrated living environment.

A common weakness in standard houses is inadequate insulation. The wind can be heard from outside, and indoor temperatures fluctuate rapidly when the weather changes.

The George tiny house is engineered to prevent this. High R-value insulation is integrated throughout the walls, floor, and roof, creating a stable and energy-efficient indoor environment.

Precision joint detailing prevents thermal bridging which means heat transfer through small gaps in the timber structure. Additional protective façade membranes and rubber floor layers provide further protection against moisture and external exposure.

The George is a solid, structurally robust house.

Not something you move at will. It is built as a real house.
Stable, durable, and permanent in feel.

Custom resort development

Engineering your architectural vision.

Are you an architect? Or a resort owner planning a premium campsite?

Custom solution and manufacturing

We provide the full manufacturing infrastructure needed to realise your concept. From an initial sketch, we can develop, engineer, and build a complete finished solution.

From sketch to final unit

A strong architectural concept only succeeds when it is engineered correctly for the real world. We provide the technical bridge between an initial idea and a finished, durable building.
We collaborate directly with you or your architectural team to manage this transition. You provide the initial layout and aesthetic vision, and we manage the complex engineering requirements.
Our engineering team calculates the structural statics to ensure the building is safe, stable, and capable of handling local weather loads.
We convert your architectural sketches into precise technical production plans. Finally, we manufacture the finished units in our controlled facility.
We carry out the entire concept of your design and ensure that the final product matches your original idea. We also offer advice on technical implementation.

Minimum order quantities

We do not manufacture single, one-off custom units.
